Arriving late may result in the loss of that appointment time and will need to be rescheduled for a different day.<\/p>\n<p>For your protection and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash (no flexi leads) and properly controlled while in the waiting area and exam rooms.<\/p>\n<p>All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"color--primary\">Payment Policy<\/h2>\n<p>We require full payment at the time that services are rendered.
