Effective June 27, 2025<\/em><\/p>\n

These CarePlan Membership Terms and Conditions (\u201cTerms<\/strong>\u201d) govern all CarePlans offered by CareVet (\u201cCareVet<\/strong>\u201d) to individuals (each, a \u201cMember<\/strong>\u201d) who sign up for a CarePlan Membership Subscription (\u201cMembership<\/strong>\u201d) at any of CareVet location.<\/span><\/p>\n

Subscription Term and Renewal<\/span><\/strong>: Each Membership is for a 12-month period beginning on the date of Member\u2019s first payment for the Membership (\u201cStart Date<\/strong>\u201d) and ending one year thereafter (the \u201cInitial Term<\/strong>\u201d). The Initial Term will be automatically extended for one-year periods (each, a \u201cRenewal Term<\/strong>\u201d) unless one party gives the other party notice of non-renewal (which notice can be submitted HERE<\/a>) prior to the conclusion of the Initial Term or Renewal Term, as applicable. The Initial Term and Renewal Term(s) shall collectively be referred to as the \u201cTerm<\/strong>\u201d and shall be subject to the termination provisions in these Terms.<\/span><\/p>\n

Before each Renewal Term, CareVet will send the Member a reminder notice with the renewal terms. Including any changes to pricing or benefits, at least 30 days (but no more than 40 days) before the applicable Renewal Term.<\/span><\/p>\n

Payment<\/span><\/strong>: A Member\u2019s first payment, including the initial plan start-up fee, will be processed on the day they complete the CarePlan Membership Agreement with their local CareVet location. Beginning in month two of the Membership, the Member\u2019s credit card will be automatically charged the applicable Monthly Fee on the 15th<\/sup> of each month for the duration of the Membership. Should a Member\u2019s automatic payment fail to process for any reason, Member authorizes CareVet and its payment processor to reattempt payment multiple times within a 30-day period.<\/span>\u00a0By enrolling in a CarePlan, the Member expressly authorizes CareVet to process their credit card as described above for the duration of the Membership<\/em><\/strong>. This authorization will remain in effect unless the Membership is terminated, suspended, or otherwise cancelled in accordance with the Termination provision below The Member agrees to promptly notify CareVet of any change to their payment information.<\/span><\/p>\n

Modification to Terms<\/span><\/strong>: CareVet may update these Terms or adjust the fees at any time in its sole discretion. Upon notice of the change, Member reserves the right to terminate and\/or not renew the CarePlan Membership by notifying CareVet of the same (which notice can be submitted HERE<\/a>).<\/span><\/p>\n

Termination<\/span><\/strong>: A Member may terminate their Membership at any time by following this LINK. If a Member terminates their Membership, the Membership will remain active for the remainder of the current Term and the Member will be charged the monthly fee for the remainder of the current Term, in accordance with these Terms.<\/span><\/p>\n

CareVet may terminate or cancel the CarePlan Membership in its sole discretion. In the event of a termination or cancellation of the CarePlan Membership, or in the event the applicable CareVet location closes, CareVet shall have no obligation to provide, and the Member shall not be entitled to receive, any compensation in any form for any dollars or services remaining in the Member\u2019s account as of the date of such closure, termination or cancellation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Miscellaneous<\/span><\/strong>: These Terms are subject to the laws of the state of Missouri, and such applicable law will prevail in the event of any conflict with these Terms. If any term or provision of these Terms are deemed to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, all other terms and provisions will remain in full force and effect and such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability will not invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction. This constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous proposals, agreements, representations, statements, negotiations and understandings, whether oral or written, between the parties concerning the matters set forth in these Terms.<\/span><\/p>\n

Non-Transferable<\/span><\/strong>: A Membership is only valid at the local CareVet location where the Member signed up for the Membership and may not be transferred or otherwise redeemed at any other CareVet location.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
