Upgrades available for expanded blood panels. 10% discount on prevention is applied when purchasing a full year’s supply in a single visit. Plans do not include rabies registration. Unlimited exams are for wellness exams; additional fees may apply for sick or same-day appointments. Puppies and kittens require additional vaccines that are not included in the plan — please ask us for more information. Medical and waste fees are not included.
