Upgrades available for additional vaccines and expanded blood panels — ask us for details. 10% discount on prevention is applied when purchasing a full year’s supply in a single visit. Unlimited exams are for scheduled wellness, problem or sick exams (no emergency or same day urgent care) and are based on availability; additional fees may apply for some appointments. Puppies and kittens require additional vaccines that are not included in the plan – please ask us for more information. Medical/waste fees and rabies registration are not included. Monthly payments available for existing clients only.
