*Discount on prevention is applied when purchasing specified quantities in a single visit. Plans do not include rabies registration. Unlimited Scheduled Exams are for wellness exams; additional fees may apply for sick or same day appointments. Puppies and kittens require additional vaccines that are not included in the plan – please ask us for more information. Medical and waste fees are not included.
