Dr. Emerick
Veterinarian
Dr. Anne W. Emerick is a small-animal veterinarian with more than 20 years of experience providing comprehensive and compassionate care. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from The Ohio State University in 2000 after completing her undergraduate studies at Louisiana State University, and she is licensed to practice in Mississippi. Dr. Emerick’s professional interests include small animal medicine, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, nutrition, dermatology, and behavior.
Originally from Houston, Texas, Dr. Emerick enjoys a variety of creative pursuits outside of veterinary medicine, including reading, cooking, calligraphy, watercolor, embroidery, and drawing. She is the mother of two adult children and supports charitable initiatives related to childhood cancer.
Dr. Emerick is dedicated to offering high-quality, individualized care and values the trust families place in her to support the lifelong health and wellbeing of their pets.

Dr. Kepler
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Suzy Kepler was born and grew up in England, UK, surrounded by cats and dogs, which sparked a lifelong passion for animal care. She has more than 20 years of experience providing excellent care for small animals and is currently a small animal veterinarian and the Medical Director for CareVet at PetHaven. Dr. Kepler graduated from Mississippi State College of Veterinary Medicine and holds licenses to practice in Mississippi, Alabama and Florida. Dr. Kepler enjoys all aspects of Veterinary Medicine including Internal Medicine, Wound Care, Soft Tissue Surgery, Dermatology, Dentistry, Preventative Care and getting to know her lovely patients and their families. When not at the clinic, Dr. Kepler enjoys hiking, skiing, gardening, hanging out at the beach, spending time with her husband, 2 sons, daughter in law, 2 grandsons and her dog "Gracie" and cats "Ollie, Sophia Pearl, Edward, Angus, Mac, Weasley (her special needs paraplegic) and newest rescue Mumma Kitty.
