Meet Our Team
Dr. Sierra Shoman
Medical Director
Dr. Sierra Shoman was born and raised in North Dakota. She grew up in West Fargo, ND, where she enjoyed rescuing animals, riding horses, and spending time with family. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology at North Dakota State University in 2015. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2019 from Oklahoma State University. She attended the Chi Institute for acupuncture training while studying at OSU.
Dr. Shoman’s professional interests include: integrative medicine, internal medicine and feline medicine. Dr. Shoman is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the North Dakota Veterinary Medical Association, the Feline Veterinary Medical Association and the Arbor Day Foundation.
She devotes much of her spare time to her family that includes four young boys. She also enjoys spending time with her pets, reading, cooking, crafting and traveling.
Dr. Shoman is no stranger to All Pets; she worked with us as a veterinary assistant in the summers of 2016 & 2017. She officially joined our practice as a doctor in July 2019.
Dr. Stephanie Iverson
Veterinarian
Dr. Stephanie (Steph) Iverson grew up on a farm in Hatton, North Dakota, where she enjoyed playing sports, hunting, fishing and spending time with her animals.
Steph attended Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota, where she earned a degree in biology, chemistry, and biotechnology.
During this time, she spent her summers and free time working as a farm hand and trainer at a local Arabian horse farm. She was also given the opportunity to live and work as a wrangler in Glacier National Park for a summer.
After finishing her undergraduate degree, she was accepted to the Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine program in Fort Collins, Colorado. After completing her degree and graduating in 2020, she worked for just over 4 years in Crosby, MN. She worked as a general practitioner focusing on small animal and equine of which included a high volume of emergency work.
Dr. Iverson has many interests but likes to spend most of her time doing outdoor activities such as spending time with her 3 dogs, riding her horses, watching and playing sports, hunting, fishing and paddle-boarding. She is very excited to be back home, close to family and friends and to take care of your pets in the Grand Forks and surrounding areas.
Dr. Zachary Young
Veterinarian
Dr. Zachary Young grew up in Franklin, Ohio. He attended the University of Findlay for his undergraduate studies. He went on to attend Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine for his veterinary degree and graduated in 2019. Dr. Young’s professional interests include: Regenerative medicine, education, and pet travel. Dr. Young is a member of the AmericanVeterinary Medical Association, the North Dakota Veterinary Medical Association, The UND Champions Club, and the Arbor Day Foundation.He devotes much of his spare time to his family that includes his wife and four young boys. He enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, cooking, wood working, and building Legos.
Sara Peltier
Veterinary Technician
Sara graduated from Argosy University in Minneapolis and obtained her Veterinary Technician license in 2014. Her favorite areas of veterinary medicine include dentistry, anesthesiology, radiology, and laboratory work. The aspect of her job that Sara enjoys most is watching puppies and kittens grow into adulthood; witnessing the journey of their lives is the highlight of her career. Sara has two children, a dog, a ferret, and fish. She enjoys spending time with her family, as well as painting, cooking, and traveling.

Allyson Schonfeld
Veterinary Assistant
Allyson is originally from Michigan but currently resides in North Dakota due to her husband’s active-duty service in the USAF. She has been a part of our team since the fall of 2020. Some of her interests in veterinary medicine are emergency and critical care, dentistry, venipuncture and client education. In her free time, she enjoys reading, working out and spending time with her family.
Megan Gasparini
Veterinary Assistant
Megan grew up in Grand Forks, ND. She started working at All Pets in January of 2023. She is currently in school for a Forensic Science BS. When she’s not at work, she enjoys playing rugby, hanging out with her cat Darling, and playing games with her friends online.
Chris Mahnke
Veterinary Assistant
Chris grew up in Gilby, North Dakota. She attended Minnesota State College where she graduated with her diploma in Equestrian Science. She is currently working towards becoming a Licensed Technician through the Penn Foster Program. Chris started working in the veterinary field in 2017. She originally joined All Pets in 2018 and after a short break she returned to our team in 2023. She enjoys working with behavioral patients. Outside of work, Chris likes to spend her time with her family, reading, being outdoors and gardening.
Grace Netzer
Veterinary Assistant
Grace is a member of the All Pets team with a strong interest in feline medicine and dentals. She holds Bachelor’s degrees in Animal Science and Equine Science with a pre-veterinary emphasis, reflecting her dedication to advancing animal health and welfare. Grace is passionate about empowering pet owners with the knowledge they need to support their pets’ long-term health and well-being. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and cats, as well as exploring her creativity through crafting.
Katie Nielsen
Veterinary Assistant
Katie attended the University of Minnesota Crookston, where she graduated with a degree in Animal Science. In 2019, she was hired as a veterinary assistant here at All Pets. In her free time, Katie enjoys being outdoors, cooking, and gaming.
Crystal Nelson
Veterinary Assistant
Originally from Climax, MN, she has dedicated over five years to veterinary medicine. Crystal is committed to ensuring that all patients have a positive experience during their visits. She emphasizes the importance of providing clients with comprehensive information and education. In her spare time, Crystal enjoys spending time at the lake, hiking, and relaxing with her dogs and two beautiful daughters. She looks forward to building relationships with each client who comes through the doors!
Ryan Wauzynski
Hospital Manager
Since joining All Pets in the fall of 2020, Ryan has combined his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from UWS with a passion for animal care. His role enables him to support the All Pets team daily as they work towards a shared goal of providing exceptional service to clients and their beloved pets. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending quality time with his partner, Ashley, and their lively household, which includes four dogs and two cats. This deep personal connection to animals inspires him to advocate for their well-being and ensure they receive the highest level of care.
Sabrina Hollis
Client Service Representative
Sabrina was born and raised in Grand Forks, North Dakota. In her free time, she enjoys gardening or spending time with her husband, dogs and cats. Her favorite part about working at CareVet of All Pets is being able to learn new information each day about Veterinary Medicine and use those skills. Sabrina joined the All Pets team in February 2021.
Sophia Baron
Client Service Representative
Sophia was born and raised in Grand Forks, North Dakota, and has been a valued member of the All Pets team since May 2023. Driven by a lifelong passion for animals, she enjoys building her knowledge and experience in the ever-evolving field of veterinary medicine. Outside of work, Sophia spends time with her many pets—including four dogs, four snakes, two rabbits, and two lizards—and enjoys reading, listening to music, and attending comedy shows. As a member of our front desk team, she is known for her welcoming smile and signature dreadlocks. Sophia especially enjoys working during after-hours urgent care, where she takes pride in providing a calm, reassuring presence for clients and their pets during emergencies, helping them feel supported when they need it most.
Raine Foy
Client Service Representative
Raine was raised on a dairy farm; she grew up surrounded by animals and learned from her grandfather that every living creature deserves compassion and respect. Since becoming involved in animal rescue in 2014, helping animals has been one of her greatest passions. Raine is especially interested in canine behavior and training and enjoys continuing to learn about what makes our dogs tick. Outside of work, she loves expanding her knowledge of animal husbandry and caring for a variety of species. At home, you'll usually find Raine spending time with her dogs, cats, and reptiles—they truly are her whole world. Raine joined All Pets in September 2025.
